What happens if an athlete misses photo day?: We offer a dedicated makeup day at our Arcata studio. We make sure every athlete has the opportunity to be photographed.
Do we need to collect payments or handle orders?: No. All ordering is done online through a secure gallery system. Your staff never has to manage money, order forms, or parent requests.
How long does it take to receive the photos?: We deliver galleries quickly—typically within two weeks—so families can enjoy their images while the season is still in full swing.
Can you handle large leagues or multiple teams?: Absolutely. We’re equipped to photograph entire leagues efficiently with multiple photography stations, streamlined workflow, and experienced staff.
What about privacy and release forms?: We take privacy seriously. Every gallery is secure, and we follow your school's or league’s policies for releases and permissions.
Do coaches need to help manage photo day?: No. Once schedules are set and rosters have been provided by the school or league we handle the rest. Coaches arrive with their teams at the assigned time—we manage the flow, posing, communication, and organization.
Can you photograph teams in poor weather?: Yes. We exclusively photograph indoors which guarantees great picture days.
