We arrive with full studio lighting, clean modern backdrops, and a dedicated team for posing and photography.

1–2 Photo Stations
Based on school size, we run one or two stations—each staffed by a photographer and an assistant to keep everything moving efficiently.

Guided Student Flow
We work with a school-provided point person to bring classes on schedule, minimizing classroom disruption. We adjust our approach for each age group, including a gentle, flexible process for preschool and early elementary students.

No Paper Order Forms
We collect parent emails from the school before picture day. Families receive their gallery link automatically once photos are ready.

We schedule one on-campus makeup day for TK–12 students, and any students photographed will be included in their class composite. For preschool programs, we offer an in-studio makeup session.

Do parents need paper forms?

No. Everything is done online. Parents receive gallery links automatically by email.

How long does it take to receive the photos?

We aim to return photos to families within 6-8 weeks following picture day. This timeframe allows us to accommodate any necessary make-up days and ensure that all students are included in the class composite.
